What information our website collects about you
We collect information you provide when submitting a form on our website. We use Google Analytics, further described below, to collect information about your interaction with our website’s pages.
How our website collects the information
Website Cookies
By using this site, you agree that we may store and access cookies on your computer or mobile device (referred to in this policy as a “device”). A cookie is a small text file which is sent to your device by the web server so that the website can remember some information about your browsing activity on the website. The cookie will collect information relating to your use of our site, information about your device such as the device’s IP address and browser type, geographic data and, if you arrived at our site via a link from a third party site, the URL of the linking page. We cannot control nor do we have access to any cookies placed on your computer by these third party sites.
IP Anonymization in Google Analytics
By default, Google Analytics (referred to in this policy also as “Analytics”) uses the entire IP address of website users to provide general geographic reporting. When IP anonymizing is enabled, Analytics removes the last octet of the user’s IP address prior to its use and storage. RST enables this setting in our Analytics account so your full IP address is not recorded. The Analytics information is anonymous (i.e. it cannot be used to identify you and does not contain personal information such as your name and email address) and it is only used for statistical purposes.

By clicking AGREE + SEND on our RMA you consent to us contacting you in response to the products and services you have requested from us, and you are agreeing to our Privacy Policy. We do not provide your completed form information to any third parties.
RST Contact Forms
Contact forms are used to send RST correspondence about our services and products and can be found at throughout the website. The request is processed and stored through RST’s CRM, Salesforce. By submitting a form, you consent to us contacting you in response to the products and services you have requested from us, and you are agreeing to our Privacy Policy. We do not provide your completed form information to any third parties.
How we use the information collected by our website
Analytic Performance Cookies
Analytic performance cookies are used to monitor the performance of our website, for example, to determine the number of page views and the number of unique users our website has. Web analytics services are designed and operated by third parties; RST uses Google Analytics. As a user navigates between web pages, Analytics provides website owners JavaScript tags (libraries) to record information about the page a user has seen, for example the URL of the page. The Analytics JavaScript libraries use HTTP Cookies to “remember” what a user has done on previous pages and interactions with the website. The information provided by these cookies allow us to analyze patterns of user behaviour on our site and we may use that information to enhance user experience or identify areas of the website which may require maintenance. We can also analyze which pages are viewed on our site and how long for, and which links are followed.
Forms
We only use your directly submitted info to contact you about your request on our website. We do not provide your completed form information to any third parties.
How you can manage what information is collected by our website
Manage Cookies
Most of the currently available browsers give you the option of managing cookies by, for example, disabling them entirely, accepting them individually, and deleting saved cookies from your hard drive. If you experience any problems having deleted cookies, you should contact the supplier of your web browser.

Speak with an Expert
I’m very happy with the quality of the instrumentation and technical support from RST, as always. They worked with us from the initial stages of the project to ensure that we were fully prepared and equipped to use the RSTAR network for the first time. They delivered everything within the tight project time frame to ensure that there were no delays on site, and the submersible tilt meters looked like new even after over twelve months of being submerged in Thames water!
