Services Department

RST offers complete calibration and repairs for all its products. All instruments designed and manufactured by RST are factory calibrated within an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility.

Calibrations

On-going calibration during service life ensures your monitoring instrumentation produces the best data possible. RST recommends reviewing the product manual to learn the best calibration schedule for your instrument. If your instrument doesn’t work perfectly during acceptance tests or function checks when you receive it, send it to us for re-calibration.

Repairs

RST knows that instrumentation can be damaged in the field during the course of work. RST Service Department will help to determine a plan and get your instrumentation back to collecting data as soon as possible.

Please note that all material returned to RST must have an official Return Material Authorization (RMA) number provided by an RST representative.

 

Repair and calibration

  • Repair estimates are subject to a one-hour inspection charge.
  • Repairs and Calibration that total less than $1,500 will be completed at time of inspection unless otherwise specified. We will communicate with you and obtain approval before performing any work above 1,500$.
  • Equipment must be clean and uncontaminated.
  • Equipment deemed unsafe will be returned at customer expense.
  • Equipment without an RMA will be returned at customer expense.
  • Unclaimed equipment will be returned at customer expense after three months.
  • Legacy equipment may be unserviceable subject to parts availability.

Please ensure you provide a valid Purchase Order of 1500$ for Repair and Calibration prior to sending your equipment for repair. Only actual cost will be invoiced at completion of work.

In the case you wish to pay using a credit card please indicate “Credit Card” in the Purchase Order# field.
