Services Department
RST offers complete calibration and repairs for all its products. All instruments designed and manufactured by RST are factory calibrated within an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility.
Calibrations
On-going calibration during service life ensures your monitoring instrumentation produces the best data possible. RST recommends reviewing the product manual to learn the best calibration schedule for your instrument. If your instrument doesn’t work perfectly during acceptance tests or function checks when you receive it, send it to us for re-calibration.

Repairs
RST knows that instrumentation can be damaged in the field during the course of work. Contact the RST Service Department to help determine a plan to get your instrumentation back to collecting data as soon as possible.
Please note that all material returned to RST must have an official Return Material Authorization (RMA) number provided by an RST representative.
