Learn More about Vibration & Overpressure Instruments

Syscom Instruments’ flagship MR3003 line is an autonomous, wireless, monitoring device with embedded WiFi, ethernet and 4G module for data communications and plug and play set-up. Syscom’s MR3003 line of vibration monitoring instruments conforms to international regulations pertaining to structural damage blasting (DIN 4150-3, ISEE guidelines) as well as human comfort (ISO 2632, BS 6472-1, DIN 4150-2).

Syscom’s ROCK is an autonomous, wireless, vibration monitoring device designed for long-lasting regulatory compliance installations. ROCK offers cable-free, place and play installation and one-button activation. Select the proper compliance standard and ROCK provides low-power remote vibration monitoring in near real-time—affordably and efficiently. ROCK has an internal battery with six to eight months life and can also be configured with a solar panel to increase its autonomy in the field.

All Syscom’s vibration monitoring instruments can be integrated into Syscom Cloud Software, an all-in-one remote monitoring solution for dynamic measurements monitoring, data processing, alarming and reporting. Syscom Instruments SCS software collects, filters, and displays the data it receives remotely, putting the information you need at your fingertips without the need to manually collect data in the field. Syscom’s SCS software provides you with intelligent alarming with round-the-clock notifications via SMS text and PDF reports wherever you are.

Syscom’s MR3003 and ROCK devices offered by RST Instruments have applications in safety or regulatory monitoring for operations that make use of blasting or pile driving, including quarries, construction sites, civil projects, tunnels and subways, underwater projects, and oil and gas exploration.

I’m very happy with the quality of the instrumentation and technical support from RST, as always. They worked with us from the initial stages of the project to ensure that we were fully prepared and equipped to use the RSTAR network for the first time. They delivered everything within the tight project time frame to ensure that there were no delays on site, and the submersible tilt meters looked like new even after over twelve months of being submerged in Thames water!
