The Digital Bus Tilt Meter host software permits operators to view and record data from any tilt sensor connected to the common bus. The software is compatible with Microsoft™ Windows Mobile-based handhelds and with Microsoft™ Windows-based desktops and laptops.
Digital Tilt
Each tilt meter is identified by a serial number and has a corresponding calibration certificate. The sensing principle of the MEMS tiltmeter is that of an accelerometer with the sensitive axis is oriented horizontally.
Digital Sensor Interface Adapter
The Digital Sensor Interface provides power and data isolation as well as transient protection.
Tilt Meter Host Software is compatible with the following RST Instruments tilt meters:

Compatible with FieldPC2 and Nautiz X8 handheld.
From the extracted files, double click on the file titled as “Installing Digital Bus Tiltmeter Host Software.txt”
Follow the instructions to install.

WMDC Fixes for Windows 10
After installing Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC) in the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system, you will likely also need to run the following utility to get it to function fully. Unzip and run the following file on your PC as an administrator (right-click WMDC-fixes-for-Win10.msi, select “Run as administrator”). Restart Windows after the installation.

Wifi Remote Access
The Wifi Remote Access utility is provided as one possible alternative to the Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC) for use with RST FieldPC and FieldPC2 product models.
Warning: For security, it is recommended that this utility be used within a private network and for only short periods with fully exiting properly after use.
Download the following file, unzip and then copy WifiRemoteAccess-1.8.CAB to the FieldPC or FieldPC2. Locate in File Explorer on the handheld, and then tap on the file to install.
