Mark Price
Mark Price has a long track record of leading unique technical and instrumentation organizations with a focus on sales channel development and product strategy. He’ll work closely with RST Instruments/Measurand in those areas to continue providing industry-leading product innovation and technical support.
“I’ll be focused on continuing to work with the organization to expand the highly-engineered solutions offering we provide our customers across the globe,” said Price.
Price comes to RST/Measurand with an extensive leadership background in instrumentation and data management businesses. Prior to joining RST/Measurand, Mark co-founded and served as CEO of TekGPS, a designer of fleet management products that sold to Textron in 2017. Before founding TekGPS, Price spent more than 20 years at Fluke Corporation in various leadership roles, including General Manager and Business Unit Director of Fluke Industrial.
Brian Nguyen COO
Hoang oversees all aspects of RST’s operations including Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Sales Application Engineering, R&D, Design Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Since 1998, he has become highly accomplished in strategic planning and operations management as a senior leader for many high technology companies such as Sony Manufacturing System Corp, Ballard Power Systems Inc., Corvus Energy Ltd. and Clean Energy Compression Corp. He is a licensed professional engineer with the province of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master Degree in Manufacturing System Engineering, and an EMBA. Hoang has visited over 150 cities around the world and enjoys road cycling and cross-fit training.
Pierre Choquet - VP Market Development
Pierre’s activities focus on applications of geotechnical instrumentation for civil infrastructure projects such as dams, tunnels and bridges, geohazards and underground and open pit mines. He explores new markets for geotechnical instrumentation as well as applications of new technologies to traditional geotechnical instrumentation markets. Pierre’s extensive experience and knowledge in the field of geotechnical, structural and mining instrumentation make him a valuable technical resource for the RST sales team; he has been with RST since 2007. Pierre is a Geological Engineer (Engineering Geology) with a Doctorate-Engineer in Rock Mechanics and he has been involved in geotechnical instrumentation during most of his professional career.
Rob Taylor - CTO Emeritus
Rob is well known for his knowledge & expertise in the development of custom geotechnical instruments for geotechnical applications. Many of Rob’s instrumentation designs for dams, tunnels, mines, bridges, infrastructure, foundations and other related projects can be found in numerous projects around the world today. From 2004 – 2014, Rob was President of RST Instruments Ltd. and oversaw all product design & development in addition to business responsibilities. Rob obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science (Geotechnical Engineering) from the University of British Columbia.
Jason Luty Vice President Sales – Americas
Jason previously worked at RST Instruments from 1994 until 2003 and has over 20 years experience servicing the geotechnical and civil engineering community. Jason’s career includes various roles in technical sales and product management. As the VP for Canada/US Sales, he is responsible for the growth of the RST in these markets. Jason has a B.A.Sc. in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
Grant Taylor - Managing Director, RST UK
Grant has worked in the field of geotechnical instrumentation since 2003 and has extensive global experience in the installation of numerous instrumentation projects for monitoring dams, tunnels, deep excavations, railways, and related projects. Grant has a B.Eng. (Hons) 2:2, Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey and also holds a Diploma of Business from the Manchester Business School. Grant is located in the UK and leads a team serving new and current customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Fahmi Aminuddin - Managing Director - Asia Pacific
Fahmi is responsible for leading and developing the Asia Pacific market and sales team. He concentrates on customer and distributor development, including frequent travel around the region. Fahmi holds a BSc. in Geology from the University of Victoria and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. He is a registered licensed Professional Geologist and is working towards his Engineering designation in the field of Environmental Engineering. Fahmi is fluent in English and Malay.
Adriana Goncalves - Director of Sales - Latin America
Adriana is responsible for leading and developing sales in the LATAM market and nurturing and growing distributors’ partnerships. As a professional engineer, she over 20 years of combined experience in various global industries, including manufacturing, mineral processing, hydrometallurgy, and mining research. Adriana focuses on solution-based customer service. Adriana holds a Master’s degree in Mining Engineering from the University of British Columbia, a B.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, and further postgraduate studies in Industrial Process Engineering. A native of Brazil, Adriana is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Mike Hopson - Western Canada Sales Manager

Mike has over 14 years of experience in various technical sales and business development roles. His focus in the application of engineered products such as geosynthetics, water treatment, and geotechnical Instrumentation has allowed Mike to make many connections in the Geotechnical community . As Western Canada Sales Manager, he is responsible for growth and customer satisfaction for our customers in Western Provinces and territories of Canada. Mike has an advanced diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology and is a registered Applied Science Technologist in the province of British Columbia.
Nasser Nia - Eastern Canada Sales Manager

Nasser is responsible for Eastern Canada market including Ontario , Quebec and Atlantic Provinces. With over 25 years of experience in civil engineering and geotechnical services at various capacities including sales engineer ,technical services and management roles he joined RST Instruments in 2016 .Nasser is a civil engineer and a registered P.Eng in British Columbia and speaks English and French fluently.
Kevin Boocock - Vice President of Sales, United States of America

Kevin Boocock joins RST in the role of Vice President of Sales for the US market. He has a history of success leading Sales Teams, Channel Development, Distributor Partnerships, International Sales and building long term relationships with Key Account Customers.
Having worked for a Global Fortune 500 company for more than 25 years (Textron) , Kevin also spent time leading the Customer Care and Parts and Accessories Business, with a focus on integrating people and processes following acquisitions.
Kevin will be responsible for working with our US based sales team members to identify opportunities for growth and to support RST customers throughout the United States.
